Get ready to walk into your private Conestoga Wagon at Sycamore Creek Ranch for a playful Ozark western retreat that blends rustic flair with modern ease. Feel free to stretch out on the cozy queen bed with soft linens, freshen up in a full bathroom with a hot shower and plush towels, and enjoy climate control and full electricity. *The two cot-size bunk beds are only for kids under the age of 13. *

The Space:
Get outside and play, hiking and biking trails wind through the woods and pastures and follow more than a mile of Lake Taneycomo shoreline. When you get back from exploring the ranch you can head to the Gathering Place for games like cornhole, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, and more! There’s also a playground, firepit, and outdoor activities for all ages. You'll notice a shared covered pavilion with a charcoal grill, outdoor sink, and picnic tables making family dinner easy. After dinner everyone can gather up at the campfire pit which is perfect for toasting s’mores under the stars.

Every guest also receives a small starter kit which includes:

- S'mores kit
- Shampoo
- Body Wash
- Toilet Paper
- Coffee

*There is NO Wi-Fi inside of the wagon, there is a common area at the Gathering space at the ranch where you can access Wi-Fi.*

Guest Access:
Your stay at Sycamore Creek Ranch includes exclusive access to the property’s best perks: miles of hiking and biking trails through woods and pastures, over a mile of Lake Taneycomo shoreline for boating and fishing, a fishing pond, and Sycamore Creek Beach. Upon arrival, guests will pass through a secure gate, and convenient parking is just steps away from the Conestoga Wagons.

The Neighborhood:
Our 272-acre property offers plenty of space for exploration, with wooded areas, rolling pastures, and over a mile of lakefront to enjoy. While the property hosts occasional private events, you’ll have exclusive access to your Conestoga Wagon, and the outdoor spaces remain open for you to enjoy. Visit the Barnyard to meet friendly farm animals and collect fresh eggs from the chicken coop.

Getting Around:
Branson Landing is only 15 minutes away from Sycamore Creek Ranch making it easy to get in and out of the Branson buzz.

Host Interaction:
Our quiet hours are from 10 PM through 8 AM. Feel free to interact with other guests staying at Sycamore Creek Ranch, although please keep in mind that guests are also on their getaway :)
